Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Advanced classes at Ground Control Stuart are designed for advanced students only. This class is students will begin to develop his or her own game and strategy. At this level, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu student will learn more advanced techniques, refine and perfect the techniques they have learned, and begin bringing everything together to advance to the next level.
To develop advanced BJJ skills, students need experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Ground Control hand selects our black belts based on their credentials, their technical knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu techniques, and, just as importantly, their ability to impart that knowledge to their students. There are many great black belts, but to make the Ground Control team, you must be a great teacher as well.
For BJJ members transitioning from Ground Control’s intermediate classes, you will be familiar with your teacher and undoubtedly confident in their ability to help you achieve your Advanced Jiu-Jitsu goals.
For practitioners from other academies or returning from hiatus, schedule a trial class or private lesson with one of Ground Control’s Advanced Jiu-Jitsu professors to determine the appropriate level for your skill set.
